Hi there!

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University and a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C). I enjoy integrating my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approache, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment. I am EMDR certified.

I am a native of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, I hold other important identities—Asian American, mother, wife, and creative person—which give me a meaningful lens for understanding others who share similar roles, while honoring that each person’s journey and experience remains unique.
